NASHVILLE – The Tennessee Titans did what few believed they could do when they went into Kansas City and dominated the Chiefs on Sunday.

And while one win is hardly enough for Titans fans to start making Super Bowl reservations, there is the sense that something is vastly different about this organization from the past few years.

4. Williams Joins Memphis Obstetrics as OB/GYN -

Dr. Jason Williams has joined the staff of Memphis Obstetrics & Gynecological Association PC, where he will focus on women’s health care issues, including prevention, diagnosis and management of many general medical conditions. As an OB/GYN, he specializes in general obstetrical care, infertility, pelvic disorders, and prevention and detection of diseases such as breast and cervical cancer.

WASHINGTON (AP) – At least eight researchers or policy experts have withdrawn from an Internet security conference after the sponsor reportedly used flawed encryption technology deliberately in commercial software to allow the National Security Agency to spy more easily on computer users.

6. Meadows Appointed to State Dentistry Board -

Dr. Dan T. Meadows has been appointed to the Tennessee Board of Dentistry by Gov. Bill Haslam. Meadows, who has a private practice on Walnut Grove Road, will serve as the Rotating Dentist member through June 2016.

7. Titans See Good Future With Munchak Off 9-7 Season -

NASHVILLE (AP) – The Tennessee Titans will spend the offseason thinking of the three games that cost them a playoff berth and looking ahead to a promising second season under coach Mike Munchak.
