The Economic Club of Memphis and the Memphis branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis will hold a 2009 Economic Outlook Breakfast today from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. at the Holiday Inn–University of Memphis, 3700 Central Ave. Bruce Scherr of Informa Economics Inc. will provide the national economic outlook. Michael R. Pakko, an officer and regional economist in the Research Division of the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis, will offer his views on the regional and local economy.
