NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) — Titans owner Bud Adams, who helped found the American Football League and whose battles for players helped lead to the merger with the NFL, has died. He was 90.

Edgar L. Henry II has been named sales manager for Mercedes-Benz of Collierville, scheduled to open next spring. In his new role, Henry will manage the sales of all new and pre-owned cars sold at the dealership.

IBERIABANK has been on a hiring spree in Memphis.

The bank has made a handful of local hires within the past several months. They include Luke Yancy, formerly with SunTrust, who will be a relationship manager in IBERIABANK’s commercial group.

The Center for Southern Folklore will present its annual Memphis Music & Heritage Festival on a two-block area of Main Street Saturday and Sunday.

More than 400 musicians with local ties will perform including Kate Campbell, Al Kapone, Amy LaVere, Blind Mississippi Morris, Brad Webb, Sonny Burgess & The Pacers, The Daddy Mack Blues Band, Joyce Cobb, Tempeh Four, the Millennium Maddness Drill Team and more.

George Hernandez, chief financial officer at Campbell Clinic, recently became a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE). Hernandez joined Campbell Clinic in 1995 as CFO. He is also a Fellow of the Healthcare Financial Management Association and is a certified health care financial professional with a specialization in financial management of physician practices.
