NEW YORK (AP) – A data breach at Supervalu may have impacted as many as 200 of its grocery and liquor stores and potentially affected retail chains recently sold by the company in two dozen states.

2. P.F. Chang's Confirms Credit Card Breach -

P.F. Chang's confirmed Friday that data from credit and debit cards used at its restaurants was stolen.

The company learned about the security breach on Tuesday from the U.S. Secret Service and began investigating the breach with the agency and a team of forensics experts.

3. Retailers Launch Cybercrime Info Sharing Center -

NEW YORK (AP) – Some of the country's largest retailers are banding together in hopes of protecting consumers' personal and financial information from hackers and thieves.

The Retail Industry Leaders Association, along with several top retailers ranging from Gap Inc. to Walgreen Co., on Wednesday launched an intelligence sharing center focused on the prevention of cybercrimes against retailers.

4. Attacks on Payment Systems Trail Other Cybercrimes -

NEW YORK (AP) – While Target's massive data breach last year caused consumers to panic and drew attention to Internet crime, a new study finds that breaches on retailer payment systems are less common than other kinds of attacks.

The explosive population growth and business-friendly environment in DeSoto County have combined to transform its formerly sleepy suburbs into thriving retail and industrial development centers.

Today, Goodman Road looks more and more like a busy commercial strip in Memphis, and DeSoto County has become the favored location for large industrial developers.

BALDWYN, Miss. (AP) – Hancock Fabrics faces many challenges, according to analysts and the company.

The Baldwyn-based company last month reported it lost nearly $11.3 million in the most recent fiscal year. The fabric and craft retailer additionally had to cope with falling sales and self-admitted merchandise problems.

8. Wal-Mart's Sam's Club Names New CEO -

NEW YORK (AP) - Wal-Mart Stores Inc. announced Monday that Brian C. Cornell, most recently chief executive at arts and crafts chain Michaels Stores Inc., will be the new president and CEO of its Sam's Club warehouse division.
