A Downtown bakery and wine bar concept that’s taken much longer than anticipated seems to be moving forward.
A $237,397 building permit application has recently been filed with the city-county Office of Construction Code Enforcement for first-floor interior renovation of Carrot at 314 S. Main St., according to The Daily News Online, www.memphisdailynews.com.

Work is moving forward on a concept that’s been in the works for at least two years that would bring a cupcake and wine shop to Downtown’s South Main Historic Arts District.
Archer Custom Builders has filed a $125,077 building permit application for the shop’s property at 314 S. Main St., according to The Daily News Online, www.memphisdailynews.com.
