5. TNInvestcos Close On Sales of Tax Credits

State officials announced Wednesday that new TNInvestcos have closed on the sale of tax credits that will generate an additional $60 million in venture capital for startup businesses.
The four new TNInvestcos include Memphis-based MB Venture Partners. The others are NEST-TN, Solidus-TNInvestco and Tennessee Angel Fund.
