Macon Manor, South Pointe Up for Foreclosure Sale -

Macon Manor Apartments on Macon Road and South Pointe Apartments on East Shelby Drive are in foreclosure, according to a first-run foreclosure notice in today’s Daily News.
EverBank is foreclosing on the properties because the borrower, Raymond Porter, defaulted on loans secured by each property. The Macon Manor loan was $2.8 million and the South Pointe loan was $3.1 million, both taken out in August 2006.
