NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) - An advocacy group is asking the courts to block a new Tennessee law it claims unfairly pressures judges to keep children out of foster care.
U.S. District Court Judge Todd Campbell heard arguments on Tuesday from attorneys for Children's Rights, a New York-based nonprofit that successfully sued the Department of Children's Services in 2001 over issues of care.
