2012: Case Management, a provider of outpatient case management services for the mentally ill, bought the four-story, circa-1973 airport area office building at 3171 Directors Row for $1.3 million from Directors Memphis LLC, a company based in Tacoma, Wash.

Win Rawson has been named president of Memphis-based Benefit Recover Inc.

Rawson joined the company as general counsel in June 2007. Previously, he worked at Lawrence & Russell LLP, where he developed and managed employment and benefits litigation for several Fortune 100 clients.
