Koonce, an attorney by trade, comes to Sedgwick from Wal-Mart Stores Inc., where he was senior director of risk management. CINCINNATI (AP) – Tyson Fresh Meats Inc. is recalling about 131,300 pounds of ground beef – including some sold in the Memphis area and other parts of The Kroger Co.’s Delta Division – because a family in Ohio fell ill after eating meat produced by the company that was contaminated with E. coli, the U.S. Department of Agriculture reported Wednesday.
