1. Sekisui, Circa to Relocate Spaces -

Two East Memphis restaurants soon will have new addresses. 

Sekisui is moving from its original location in the Shops of Humphreys Center, 50 Humphreys Blvd., into Circa by John Bragg’s space in Regalia Shopping Center at 6150 Poplar Ave., suite 122. Circa plans to relocate west to Chickasaw Crossing, 2855 Poplar, in the space where Ronnie Grisanti’s restaurant operated for years.

2. Brooks Brothers Relocating to Saddle Creek -

High-end clothier chain Brooks Brothers plans to open a new location at The Shops of Saddle Creek West in Germantown.

The New York City-based retailer will open in 7,500 square feet of space at 7509 Poplar Ave. by early June, taking over the two suites formerly occupied by Indigo and Talbots Men’s. Indigo last month relocated and expanded two spaces down into the old Natural Body Spa & Shoppe space.

3. Lululemon Athletica to Open in Regalia -

Yoga-inspired athletic apparel company Lululemon Athletica Inc. is opening its first Memphis store this week, following more than a year of market due diligence.

4. Isbell Promoted to Boyle Assistant VP -

Boyle Investment Co. has promoted Jon Isbell to assistant vice president.

5. Popular Burger Chain Moves Into Memphis -

After years of Five Guys Burgers and Fries having a presence in the Nashville and Knoxville areas, the chain is setting up shop in one of Memphis’ most densely populated areas.

Jubilee Restaurant Group LLC, owner of the franchise, signed a 2,882-square-foot lease in Primacy Place, 1615 Ridgeway Road.
