The Center for Southern Folklore will present the Memphis Music & Heritage Festival Saturday, Aug. 31, and Sunday, Sept. 1, from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Main Street between Peabody Place and Union Avenue. Sean Henneberger has joined First State Bank’s small-business lending division as vice president/business development officer in the Memphis market. In his new role, Henneberger will help small businesses pursue loans through the U.S. Small Business Administration and U.S. Department of Agriculture Business and Industry Guaranteed Loan Program.
