Memphis Invest – a local, family-owned, real estate investment firm – recently sold 11 properties, yielding an economic impact of nearly $1 million in local investment dollars.

Memphis Invest and FortuneBuilders.com in September hosted a MasterMind event for real estate-investment-business owners from California to New York and as far as New Zealand. Attendees studied best business practices such as growth strategies and relationship-building. Among other events, 85 attendees traveled on a one-day buying tour, where they were taken around the city on charter buses and introduced to immediate investment opportunities in Memphis.

6. Family Dollar Signs 2 Leases for Stores -

Family Dollar has signed a 12,000-square-foot lease at 2754 Lamar Ave. Shawn Massey, partner with The Shopping Center Group LLC, represented the tenant. Harold Blockman with Keller Williams Realty Inc. represented the landlord, Chong K and Dul S. Pae.

7. Memphis Invest Increases Home Buying Events -

With the recent completion of Memphis Invest LLC’s office space expansion for its sister company, Premier Property Management Group, and new implementation of traditional rehab services for those wanting to remodel their home, the family-owned company continues to do the majority of its business with out-of-town investors.
