Dippin' Dots Bankruptcy Case at End -

PADUCAH, Ky. (AP) – A remaining piece in the bankruptcy case of novelty ice cream maker Dippin' Dots has been resolved.
A spokesman for the company that purchased Dippin' Dots said Monday a hearing scheduled for later this week is expected to be cancelled because information sought by a federal bankruptcy judge was submitted.
