Bleu Restaurant and Lounge hosted a prix-fixe brunch to open the season for the Farm To Fork summer series produced by Memphis Farmers Market on Sunday, June 3. The Farmers Market will partner with a different restaurant in the city each month as part of a campaign to encourage Memphians to eat and buy local.
